IndoAryan School of Human Resource Development (ISHRD) has initiated to be transformed into a virtual University to unite the diversity of all fulfilling truths of existence and evolution of world humanity. So, ISHRD introduced IndoAryan Man Making Mission (IM3) because, it wants to train each individual to enhance their psychogenic getup to transform them into a ‘Global Citizen’ – who would extend self-development upto the greater environment.

Our 25 years of research work on the ancient Indo-Aryan culture of ‘Equitability’, has revealed the facts of one’s perfect role to balance Socio-Environmental-Ecology (SEE). This invigorates the consciousness to realize ‘Oneness’ with the total-mechanism. Aiming this ISHRD is launching a few levels of programs: 1. Certificate courses, 2. Contact classes, 3. Counselling, etc. 

Here Certificate-course curriculum has several upcomming life-skill training programs, which would overall unlock the mystery of existence and extension, which work as an ever-lasting torch.    

Now under the Contact-class program, ISHRD is introducing “Sail with Sound” – an ancient psycho-spiritual practice to develop divinity, expand spiritual potency with material rationality, and gain peace, potentiality & prosperity, and “Counselling” to resolve the invisible obsessions staying inside those lead us into mistakes followed by sorrows!
