The IndoAryan School of Human Resource Development (ISHRD) was founded to bring forward the all-fulfilling truth of life and upliftment of mankind. Rooted in the vision of a Divine Global Order and the mission of IM3, the school guides individuals toward pleasure, peace, and prosperity. It aims to awaken the inner call to conserve the balance of Socio-Environmental-Ecology (SEE) and realize a deep sense of oneness with all existence.

What is IM3? (IndoAryan Man Making Mission)

The IM3 program is initiated by ISHRD to nurture human beings as the finest global resources. It brings psychogenic transformation to help individuals evolve and contribute meaningfully to the world. This aligns closely with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supporting natural harmony and responsible global citizenship.

Our Philosophical Foundation

The curriculum of ISHRD is built upon the unique philosophy of ‘IndoAryan-Existentialism’, a result of over 25 years of academic and spiritual research. This philosophy draws from ancient Indo-Aryan knowledge systems that offer deep insights into life, existence, and upliftment — evolving from centuries of ancestral wisdom and scholarly PhD-level work.
