Refund Process:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated and credited back to your original payment method within 6–7 working days.

Please note:

• Refunds apply only to eligible courses or programs as specified.
• Donations and completed sessions (like “Sail with Sound” or counseling) are non-refundable.
• Repeated refund requests may lead to account review or course access suspension.
