Graduates of Stage I who align with the values and principles of IM3 can formally become members. By accepting the 10-point protocol of IM3, you’re committing to a lifelong path of conscious living, social responsibility, and holistic self-growth. This stage marks your full inclusion into the IndoAryan Man Making Mission
Stage 02
Self Discovery
Start your next journey with enrolling in foundational programs Self Quest of Life (SQL) and also you’ll gain access to other H.R.M. courses along with to explore your inner consciousness through ‘Sail with Sound’ classes, and benefit from one-on-one ‘Counselling’ sessions. Completion of each module earns you a certificate, bringing you one step closer to personal transformation, self-awakening and human potential development.
Stage 03
The Inner Journey (Initiation)
This stage is reserved for those who have embraced IM3 and completed SQL – are ready to begin their psycho-spiritual transformation. Through Initiation, the latest psycho-spiritual technique one can develop spiritual strength, divine awareness, and harmony with material rationality — all leading to inner peace, self realisation and universal oneness.

Stage-3 is a gateway to a true universal spiritual journey — benefiting individuals, families, societies, and the world. Based on our 30 years of research and development, this phase represents one of the most evolved paths of human becoming at present time, promoting peace, prosperity, and meaningful progress.
However, only those who formally accept the IM3 protocol of Stage 1 and successfully complete SQL course of Stage 2 will be gain eligibility for Initiation (Stage III). Your name will then be recommended to an independent authorized team for further guidance into this deeper and spiritual phase — an “everlasting torch” to light your infinite way forward that believes on – “God – the existential urge of matter is One, Dharma – the science to be and become is One, and all the world Masters are the messenger of the same.”
