Athist Vs Dharmik
Today youth’s trend is to be inclined towards Atheism. Those who are believed as atheists, discard the existence of any so-called ‘supreme-power’ or God in our life and in accordance, they don’t keep faith in any religious-path, rather they believe in a rational cause-effect relation. But both of them are mostly staying in an illusion, where Dharma is nothing but that, which upholds our existence, and the existential law is ‘God’. One may not believe in ‘God’ but he loves existence, so an existence lover is keen to find a way to control over the factors of existence, and once he finds, he would invest it for a better existence. This control is actually ‘God relisaion’ and the way of it is Dharma. So none can be an Atheist, as all are existence lovers, so in other word – God lovers
Community-Neutral ‘Dharmik’ State
Focusing on the death of Delhi, they want to say – How sins are washed away in this bath, and it is not desirable for people to die in this blind lust for this reward❗
This is a very realistic question❗
However, it is probably not right to simplify the matter so much. Spiritual masters who are also not very much in favor of the statement that “sins are negated” in such a bath, but they certainly gave importance to respecting such rituals and traditions that have been passed down for ages. They never called it “hypocrisy”, although all these activities are nothing but a very small part of religious practice or Dharma, and they are not at all excessive.
In the context I would say – although I have visited Kumbh, not to have the bathe (earn virtue), but to feel the soul of India and its thoughts from close up at the huge meeting place of whole India there.
I understood one thing, undoubtedly, those who think about the country, culture and society – they will not be able to ridicule this emotion of the people with a neutral view. Rather, they will plan and think scientifically in implementing this national-emotional force in order to make national unity, harmony, mutuality and culture of life-growth; and this is the real nature of Dharma, that upholds human existence.
True intelligent people will try that – instead of ignoring such traditional rituals – the importance of the vital ingredients latent within it should be given priority to the idea of bringing it out in a new way by revealing it out in the light of materialism. So that through it, with the emergence of existential thoughts, a foundation of world communal unity could come out.
So, on the one hand, it is not very meaningful to let rituals and ceremonies be swept away by the flow of blind emotion, and on the other hand, it is also a sign of a kind of unscientific mentality to pretend to be a revolutionary that – all these are unscientific and hypocritical.
So let’s come together with a rational vision to find out the inner spirit and try to let it post on the soil of cultural heritage.
